How quickly can the chatbot go live?

Usually within a few days. More complex setups, for example custom CRM integrations, can require additional alignment.

Which channels are supported?

The bot can run on your website and in WhatsApp, including both channels in parallel.

Where is data stored and for how long?

Our own technical infrastructure runs on AWS in Frankfurt. SendPulse, Meta, and OpenAI are also used for website chat and WhatsApp. Chat histories and associated contact data are generally deleted no later than 180 days after the last activity, unless they are still needed for an ongoing inquiry, a contract, or legal obligations. Earlier deletion is available upon request.

Can the bot hand over to a human manager, and how does it work?

Yes. For complex or sensitive requests, the bot can route the conversation to a human team member based on your rules. Your team can then continue the dialog in the CRM, available in a browser and mobile app.

Where do the bot answers come from?

From your knowledge base. The content is maintained as clear text sections and matching images, for example pricing, FAQs, terms, or services.

Can I configure working hours?

Yes. The bot can inform customers that a human manager will reply during your defined working hours.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account, or is a personal account enough?

WhatsApp Business is required. You also need to connect it to a Meta Business Account. We provide the necessary guidance and support.
